The beautiful old building has a unique charm and the upgrading of some rooms is a promising improvement. Despite being located on a busy road, the hotel provides a hidden gem of tranquility. The central location is convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. Meeting other travelers added to the enjoyable experience.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in a bustling city, I had a unique experience. The hotel is a beautiful oasis tucked away in the quirky streets, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made sure the hotel was well-maintained, which added to the overall charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fan to beat the Chennai heat. I was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms, as they were regularly cleaned multiple times a day. the highlight of my stay was the fine rooftop with amazing views, especially at night. I would love to visit Chennai again just to experience this hotel's soulful and inviting ambiance.

The value for money at Broad Lands was excellent, with a beautiful and authentic stay in a heritage building. The rooms were fabulous and I loved the peacefulness of the location. The staff, especially Mahenndra and Salvo, made me feel right at home.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Large, clean, and airy rooms with high ceilings and lots of windows. Period hotel with different room styles. - Great location near cheap restaurants, shops, and a cinema. - Owners are friendly and helpful. - Close to Marina Beach and other sightseeing attractions. - 24/7 check-in with convenient late arrival accommodations. - Safe area with tea stalls, lassi shops, and fruit vendors. - Assistance with arranging transportation to the airport. - Possibly offers Wi-Fi.

    Felt exceptional, no complaint.

We stayed at a charming Old World hotel with three beautiful courtyards and high ceilings. The history of the place, as a former residence of a local Nawab, added to its allure. Despite its ghostly appearance, the atmosphere was thick with the spirit of its 130 years. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport, Marina beach, and nearby malls. We also enjoyed some delicious regional cuisine at the nearby Kasi Vinayaga Mess. a unique and good experience.

The immediate surroundings were a bit hectic and not very inspiring.

A charming heritage property with splendid architecture, central courtyard, and amazing ventilation. The peaceful oasis away from the city's hustle and bustle. Spacious rooms, cool even in hot weather. Greenery all around, with garden and rooftop areas to relax. Nearby restaurants add to the experience.

    No issues.

Charming and rustic hotel with a touch of ambassadorial majesty. The room had a fine view of the main mosque. Despite the lack of AC, I was so charmed by the place that it didn't bother me. The staff, except for one manager, were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was initially given to someone else, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a room with an attached bathroom. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city. The hotel had a unique and classical charm to it, which added to our overall experience. Despite some initial hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Stayed at a lovely hotel for one night before my early morning flight. Broad Lands was exactly what I needed - comfortable and relaxing. The staff, especially Krishna, were very helpful and arranged a taxi for me to the airport. Loved the old spirit of the house and the caring people. The location was a bit far, but it added to the adventurous vibe of the place. a great experience.

    Nothing at all. 😊

The rooms were beautiful and had a lot of atmosphere. The staff were super helpful and sweet. One key advantage was the stunning property, with a relaxed vibe and a shady courtyard to escape the hot sun.

The inconvenience of having to walk all the way to the reception to fetch water, especially if staying on a higher floor. It would have been better if water was available upstairs, at least on the first floor.
